Woli Agba started as a comic artist in 2002 before co-founding a dance drama group with his brother, Femi Ajewole.
The dance drama group initially focused on christain content. Ayo and his brother, with other group members, started by performing in churches to entertain the congregation.
The group later advanced to a proper dance drama screen production. Some of their hit productions were O ti Gan pa, Oruko Nla, and Alfa Sule, amongst others.
Ayo Ajewole got his moniker, Woli Agba, from his role in Alfa Sule, which ushered him into stardom.
He has also appeared in movies like JayJay, Chukwudi Omo Ibadan, Pastor Johnson, Baba Ijo and many more.
After the group breakout, Woli Agba formed his group, IPM, alongside Mide Oladimeji, famously known as Dele Omo Woli.
The duo leverages the influence of social media to reach out to their audiences with their rich comic content. Dele and Ayo followed it up consistently and built a formidable fanbase.
